Every nation and its armies will need leaders. Some will be great, some will be less so!
There are many ways to generate and manage your list of Personalities and Commanders, but we will go ahead and stand on the shoulders of the giants in our hobby.
Henry Hyde has written a fantastic book (or three!) on Campaigns, which I highly recommend. Instead of getting bogged down in doing our own thing and creating a customized system or process for creating the Leaders of our Imagi-Nations and their armies, we are going to use the tools that Henry has compiled for us.
Henry has decided on a list of Characteristics, which those of you familiar with RPGs might think of as Ability Scores, to distinguish his personalities from one another, and give them game-able mechanics.
